• Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

• We appreciate your patience during festivals or busy periods when slight delays occur.

• Shipping is free on all orders above ₹1500 (within India).

• Orders below ₹1500 may attract a standard shipping charge, which will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

• We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

• Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery timelines.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or other external factors.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email (as per your order communication method).

• Please ensure your contact details are accurate at the time of ordering.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

• Please double-check your address before confirming the order.

• If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will bear the re-shipping charges.

• All items are packed securely in protective and elegant packaging.

• Our packaging is designed to be gift-friendly and safe for transit.

7. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are accepted and delivered within India only.
