Taarah Jewels is a small Indian business specialising in:​

  • Fashion and imitation jewellery

  • Gold-toned accessories are made using stainless steel or other durable base metals, finished with gold polish and an anti-tarnish coating.

We do not sell real gold, silver, diamonds, or any other precious metals/stones. Our products are crafted to provide affordable fashion alternatives.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products. However, minor variations in colour, size, and finish may occur due to photography and screen settings.

  • All products are handmade or handcrafted in small batches.

  • Demi-fine jewellery is 18k gold-plated and anti-tarnish, but requires care to maintain quality.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of order confirmation.

  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, etc (As mentioned in the payment gateway)

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship pan-India through third-party courier services.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on location.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be communicated before order confirmation.

  • We are not responsible for delays or loss once the parcel is handed over to the courier.

6. Order Cancellation, Return, and Exchange

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  • No returns are accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • For defective/incorrect products:

    • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Share clear images and videos of the issue.

    • Upon approval, we will offer a replacement.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for exchange.

To ensure your jewellery lasts longer:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

  • Store pieces separately in a dry, airtight box.

  • Handle with care to prevent breakage or scratches.
